Why am I a real estate Broker? I enjoy working with people. Meeting with people and understanding their needs is very important. Whether a home buyer or seller, that individual needs to know that they are speaking to someone that cares about them and cares to understand what they need for their future. Our first meeting is designed to get to these basics and create a plan just for them.
With sellers, I explain our in-depth marketing program that includes easy steps to stage their home to prepare the buyer for an online adventure. Time is taken making sure each room photographs well and the story of the home is highlighted. Photos are followed by the videoing of the tour to create visual completeness. We discuss how we advertise their home and the expected dates for each goal. A comprehensive CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) is provided to determine a realistic marketing value for the home to ensure we get the right price within a good timeframe. After discussing all of this, the marketing contract is finalized and all the information is entered into the MLS (MultiListing Service) and we are are all set for completing our action plan.
My Buyers are interviewed to understand just what their needs are and the timeframe we have to work with. Detailed searches are created to reveal the best homes and the looking process has begun. I take time making sure each home we tour is evaluated based on their needs and the standards that are needed for their safety and their mortgage loan. Checklists can be created to compare homes that help the perfect home to stand alone. This can be a very timely process, but it must be completed in evaluative steps and it is important to be very timely in viewing homes when they first come on the market. When a home is chosen, the purchase contract is completed, all aspects fully explained, and the rest of the offering, inspection and closing process is discussed so there is less confusion and stress.

Why I became a broker agent? I have chosen this field of work because I like seeing the delight in my client’s eyes when we have found their dream home. Also, I have gotten great joy when I meet with our listing clients and give them an accepted contract that sells their home. These pleasures are what motivate me to keep improving our products and services we offer. To provide these pleasures to my customers, I am willing to go above the call of duty.
I have taken buyers out on 20 or more showings in order to find them their perfect home. I work every weekend so that my buyers can see the home at their convenience, not mine. I am willing to do pretty much anything as long as it is ethical, legal, and moral. It is as important to get my buyers these best deal possible as it is my sellers. This takes time, patience and experience.
